Your assessment is designed to highlight how your body is coping and will also show how successful you can be in achieving optimal health and fitness.

 

Your Transformation week will include a structured group fitness and exercise regime, a nutritionally balanced diet and relaxation with a range of luxury Spa based treatments.

 

In addition, daily group discussion and analysis of individual performance results will enhance motivation and reinforce commitment to agreed personal objectives.

 

You will emerge from your Transformation Week feeling fitter, healthier and more relaxed and with a far deeper understanding of the life style and long-term benefits of the London Beach Wellbeing Programme.

 

If you are on our Transformation Week we include, if desired, ongoing support to help you reep the full benefits of your Transformation Week. We will continue to monitor your progress over a 12-month period and provide feedback to help you keep on track towards your fitness goals.  The unique fitness and recovery Remote Monitoring service involves weekly reports e-mailed to you the client, on the basis of data received by the London Beach team from your personal fitness performance-monitoring device supplied by London Beach.
