Using state of the art Firstbeat technology, your personal assessment will provide you with real time physiological data, telling you how your body is responding to your life. It works like a camera monitoring you minute by minute, hour by hour, reflecting everything that is happening in your life over a 48 hour period of time. It will also show you how successful you can be in achieving optimal health and fitness.

 

Understanding You

 

Your assessment is designed to highlight how your body is coping and will also show you how successful you can be in achieving optimal health and fitness.

 

You will be shown whether your body is recovering and when that recovery is happening. You can assess the quantity and quality of physiological recovery when you are asleep. Your physical activity will be assessed.
